David Sala - President
Mr. Sala has over 25 years of experience in management and team leadership involving program management, project controls, and long-range strategic planning.  His experience includes providing support to all levels of DOE, DoD, NASA, and private sector programs.  He has extensive experience in directing the development and integration of project schedules including resource loading and leveling, cost estimating, budget analysis, variance reporting and at-completion forecasting. Programs that he has supported include environmental management and restoration, complex-wide nuclear material disposition, technology development, advanced weapons systems, nuclear energy, and advanced space flight.
He is specialized in program-wide system implementation for cost-effective management
and control for successful project realization.

Geoffrey Zehnder - Senior Project Controls Engineer
Mr. Zehnder is a Senior Project Controls Engineer with a strong background in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) practices and the requirements of DOE Order 413.3 and all applicable ANSI standards. He has over 9 years of project experience as a Project Controls Engineer. His Industry experience includes providing support to National Laboratories, Department of Energy, Army Corps of Engineers and Municipal Governments. He is a conscientious self start with exceptional organizational and communication skills, allowing him to work effectively with the full spectrum of project team members, a variety management overseers and customers/clients.

Ashley Wentz - Senior Project Controls Engineer
Mrs. Wentz is a Senior Program Control Engineer with 10 years’ experience in the analysis, development and operation of Professional Project Management systems operating in an EVMS environment. She has worked within DOE 413.3 and ANSI/748 environments. Mrs. Wentz is proficient at scheduling, cost controls, resource loaded schedule development, earned value analysis, and performance reporting. She is adept at working to achieve multiple priorities simultaneously under deadline pressure in a team environment.

E. Bartlett Mann - Sr. Program Analyst
Ezra Mann has over 30 years professional experience as a project control supervisor, strategic planner, and physicist. For 20 years he has managed and facilitated team tasks within groups, integrating work groups, and interfacing with customers. He has written and monitored small research contracts for 15 years and tracked budgetary and schedule performance for more than 10 years. Mr. Mann has worked as a liaison within and between government agencies, national laboratories, and private companies. Programs that he has supported include the proposed geologic repository for high-level radioactive waste at Yucca Mountain, Trident and Peacekeeper. His strength lies in creating cohesiveness and productivity.

Pamela Bell - Sr. Project Controls Engineer
Ms. Bell has over 10 years professional experience in project controls, safety basis, and configuration management. Her experience includes providing support to the DOE Albuquerque Service Center, as well as providing support to both Los Alamos National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratory. Ms. Bell has additionally worked in the aerospace industry and has knowledge of related requirements, including supporting DoD programs. Ms. Bell has experience in building and resource-loading schedules, earned value management, risk management, and cost estimating. Programs she has supported include the SNL Validation and Qualifications Sciences organization and the DOE Environmental Management Program from both a DOE and contractor (LANL,SNL) perspective.

Malu Gawthrop - Sr. Project Controls Engineer
Ms. Gawthrop has more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing programs that comply with federal and state requirements. She has developed programmatic documentation (e.g., programmatic documents, implementing procedures, process descriptions, and training materials) to meet U.S. Department of Energy and U. S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements. Ms. Gawthrop has additionally applied project management principles to tasks and projects. She has extensive experience in organizing production of large, complex, technical documents by selecting and motivating teams, ensuring compliance with document requirements, authoring sections, interviewing subject matter experts to provide additional material, and coordinating reviews and approval.

Robert Hindman - Sr. Project Controls Engineer
Mr. Hindman has more than 20 years of experience in diverse and progressive capacities on civil, environmental, and research/development projects. His areas of expertise include planning, schedule development/analysis, cost estimating/analysis, contract management, and progress analysis. He is a Certified Cost Consultant (AACEI, 2/08).
